I don’t know what the deal was last night. I intentionally went to bed extra early (9:30) so that I could wake up by 7 to get a better and longer work out. I didn’t end up falling asleep until around 3 after getting out of bed several times. It sucked. I didn’t lay in bed yawning…I laid in bed with eyes wide open! I am pretty sure that this is due to the Gakic that I have been taking lately. While the product works as advertised (I don’t ever hit the wall and can lift way beyond my normal limits) I think it is also keeping me awake at nights. I will have to finish this bottle and see if I ever get used to it. As I am taking it and working out in the mornings I would think that my body would get used to it and allow me to fall asleep in the evenings. We will see. More to come regarding this issue.
On an upside regarding this product, I am now benching over 300lbs. I am squatting over 300lbs. And I am dead lifting over 300lbs! As you can tell the 300lb barrier was a major bench mark for me and this product (and some hard work) has allowed me to surpass this goal. Now I will shoot for 350lbs in each of these movements.
