I have been using Gakic, Creakic, Leukic, and Hydroxycut (now recalled!).  I have to say that the Gakic does quite well at doing what it is supposed to.  I never feel an acid build up in my muscles while working out.  It rocks.  The Creakic, while I am sure it does what it is supposed too, it also makes me sick and almost always forces me to throw something up a bit!  Argh…I have trust in MuscleTech though so i am sticking with this one till I find something better.  The Leukic is a hard one to track.  It says that it will put my body into an anabolic state.  While I don’t know if this is actually happening…I will say that my muscles are getting bigger and HARDER than ever before.  I still use the Hydroxycut (that I have remaining) and will most like switch to their ignition stix once my current bottle runs dry.

With the success that I think I am having with my current selection of MuscleTech products I am now thinking that I will move into Cryotest, Vitakic, naNO x9, and Meso-tech meal replacement bars.

I think I need Cryotest (testosterone) for various reasons and don’t see any conflict with adding it to my supplement stack.  I am hoping that it will aide in my overall motivation towards workouts.  I hope to work out longer and more aggressively.  I am also hoping that it will help me with various tough fat deposits that I have struggled with all my life MOOBS!  But I am pretty sure that this is the same problem that the rest of my body is having – sitting around on a computer all the time and not doing anything else!

The Vitakic is a much needed addition as I am not currently taking any vitamins, multi-vitamin or otherwise!  In doing research for what vitamins are needed by someone wanting to get big I came across a few articles which really peaked my interest.  According to these articles it appears quite difficult to succeed without additional vitamins.  So I made a list of vitamins appeared to be required.  I then went to GNC.com and started to fill up my shopping cart of all the vitamins that i could find.  I ended up with at least 10 or 15 different bottles of things to take.  As I started to think about what the morning pill session would become (given that I am already taking 8 Gakic, 6 Leukic, etc.) I couldn’t imagine all the pills that must be consumed from all these bottles.  So I started to look into this a bit more.  This led me to Vitakic which from the label appears to have most of what I needed.  I am still going to take some of the Bee Pollen and Omega-3 in addition to the Vitakic product as it seems to be a must have according to many sources.

This brings me to the naNO x9 product.  From all of the reviews and research that I have read about this product – it looks like it really does the job of opening up your vessels and getting your blood moving.  However, I have read page after page of side effects.  Some people don’t seem to mind the side effects and some people do.  These side effects include your whole body turning red, a possible itchy rash type sensation, and REALLY BIG MUSCLES!  Given that I am taking the Gakic already though, I am not sure how well it will work parralel to the naNO x9 product.  I am concerned for my heart.  I am thinking that I will attempt to add Cryotest and Vitakic to my stack and see how that goes.  If that is successful then I will take another look at naNO x9.

From what I have read one of the greatest ways I can help myself decrease the crappy foods that I am eating is to use a meal replacement such as the Meso-tech meal replacement bars.  This should give me all the stuff I need and none of the crap that I don’t.  I don’t think that this will cross wires with all of the other stuff I am taking…hopefully it will compliment them well!

Let’s see how it works.  Wish me luck!
