In my last post I mentioned that I was thinking about adding to my current stack. While doing various research on this topic I found several complaints about using specific supplements but not a whole lot on what would happen when mixing the supplements with one another. Well…after much thought (and a random 20% coupon with GNC) I purchased all of my additional supplements.
I am now taking Gakic, Vitakic, Creakic, Leukic, Cryotest, Nitrotech, naNO x9, Meso-tech bars, fish oil, and bee pollen. My biggest concern was how the naNO x9 would work with the Gakic. I have had great success with Gakic in the past months so it was not an option to remove that from my stack. This morning I lined up all of the various pills and capsules that I had to take and started to swallow them down with my New Whey drink.
My research said that a lot of people said that they turned red after 20 minutes and felt an itchy rash. I started to warm up as usual doing the bike and tire exercises. I then moved into a hard chest workout (although today is my off day!). I wanted to see what this new stack really felt like. I have to say that I did feel even better than my normal Gakic/Leukic stuff. WAY better. I just kept lifting and lifting and lifting. More importantly I was able to put more and more weight on the bar and push another rep.
And the results? After taking all of these supplements and completing my routine I didn’t have a single side effect. I didn’t turn red. I didn’t have a rash. I felt no itchiness. All went great. I will keep you posted over the next few weeks.
