Tire workout – alternating drag

I have been enjoying my new tractor tire immensely (my wife thinks I am crazy…quite a funny ha-ha between her and her mom!).  I now find myself looking forward to completing my time on the exercise bike so that I can take my tire outside to play with it.  This morning I did my normal routine on the tire but then randomly fell into another excercise.  In this movement I bent over and grabbed the tire with one hand to drag it towards me.  Then I hopped backwards a couple of steps and alternated my grip on the tire to...

300lb bench press!

A couple of weeks ago I could only bench 240.  I finally got myself up to 300lbs.  I was able to wobble 320 this morning…but am happy to pump out 300 for now.
