My home gym

I realised that I never got around to showing what makes up my home gym.  This won’t be an overly descriptive post…here goes: I guess the core of my home gym is the Marcy Diamond Elite Smith Machine. This allows me to do the majority of my core exercises.  I have to say that I am 100% satisfied with this machine.  It is well made and well thought out.
